Roaster Note:

This Geisha from the renowned Mama Cata Estate in Panama is a showcase of elegance and clarity. The washed process highlights the variety’s signature jasmine-like florals, layered with bergamot, sweet citrus, and stone fruit brightness. As it cools, the cup unfolds with tea-like delicacy and a lingering honey sweetness.

I gave it a light roast to preserve its clarity and high-toned aromatics, resulting in a cup that’s refined, complex, and endlessly refreshing. A true connoisseur’s coffee—delicate yet expressive, and one that rewards slow sipping.
