Goes well with milk? Yes - if you like lightly floralish with caramel milk based coffee
Roaster Note:
This natural-processed Geisha from Mama Cata Estate bursts with vibrant fruit and florals. In the cup, expect ripe tropical fruit, red berries, and jasmine-like aromatics, carried by a silky texture and lively sweetness. As it cools, layers of stone fruit and honey emerge, adding depth and elegance.
I gave it a light roast to preserve its expressive fruit character while keeping the cup clean and balanced. The result is a coffee that’s both exotic and refined—playful in its fruitiness, yet unmistakably Geisha in its clarity and grace.
