The Brazil coffee provides a sweet nutty notes, providing a pleasant foundation for the blend. The Ethiopian coffees are roasted to a slightly lighter profile to preserve their fruitiness and sweetness. The Guatemala coffee also adds in a pleasant floral and tea like characteristics.
The overall flavor profile is a mix of berries, chocolate, roasted almonds, and caramel sweetness. When paired with milk, you can taste butterscotch, cotton candy base, and milk tea.
Despite the medium-dark roast level, the blend still has a complex and interesting flavor profile.
