Bean Info:
Eduardo represents the third generation of coffee growers in his
family, continuing a tradition that began with his grandparents in the
microregion of Areias, Ilicínea. Despite his parents taking different
paths, he remained dedicated to coffee, actively managing the farm
alongside his grandparents. After his grandmother's passing, he took
over part of the estate and expanded with new plantations, focusing
on innovation and excellence. With a background in agricultural
technology and philosophy, Eduardo blends tradition with modern
practices, prioritizing sustainability and quality while honouring his
family's legacy.
