This coffee is cultivated by small-scale farmers on the slopes of Volcán de Agua, with cherries processed at the Bella Vista Mill, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
The beans undergo a traditional washed processing method, where the fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying. This technique enhances the coffee's clarity and brightness.
