Roaster Notes:
This is a fine blend of Ethiopian natural processed beans, which give it sweet fruit notes, combined with Colombian yeast fermentation washed processed beans, which enhance the strawberry notes.
When drinking black (filter or americano), you can taste sweet berries jam, and fruit tea note, we recommend drinking as hot and warm, the taste does degrade a lot when left cold
Drinking with milk is where the bean shines (latte), it reminds me of eating a strawberry waffle biscuit, creamy milkshake, and sweet milk.
We tried to keep the cost down when creating this blend so that everyday drinkers can enjoy something different from their usual Americano.
